Angela's practice involves creating imaginary and abstracted landscapes across the mediums of printing, painting, drawing and photography.

​

BIO

Angela Coombs Matthews has worked as a professional photographer, art tutor, and picture framer for the past 25 years. She has undertaken artist residencies, workshops, and has been involved in creative projects and programs in Wagga Wagga, Temora, Canberra, Melbourne, Launceston and Barcelona.

​

Angela obtained a BA Visual in Photomedia, from Australian National University in 1997 and has continued to develop her art practice across the mediums of photography, painting, drawing and printmaking.

​

Angela has exhibited in Wagga Wagga, Canberra and Melbourne, and has work held in the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery Margaret Carnegie Print Collection.
